Discordance is an extremely powerful utility Magical Ability

Training Cost:  501 Points (500 for Discordance, 1 to Activate)
Cost to Scroll  to 120 Skill:  100 Points

Cost: 30 Mana
Description: Music may soothe the savage beast, but playing a few clashing notes will weaken even the strongest of creatures.
Notes:

Discordance is an extremely powerful skill, and works just as well as a player's Discordance. At 120 Skill, vulnerable enemies will have their Resists and Skills reduced by 28%. 

For Resists, this is a straight subtraction (if 90 pre-discord, they will be reduced to 62 after being discorded).

For skills, they are reduced by 28%:
120 Skill becomes 86.4
115 Skill becomes 82.8
110 Skill becomes 79.2

Some creatures are immune to the effects of Discordance. Most Peerless bosses are highly resistant to the effects of Discordance, and will only have their resists/skill dropped by 1%.

Once Discordance is applied, your pet need only stay within range of the creature to keep the effect active.

Pets will not cast Discordance against player targets.

Appearance: A creature under the effect of Discordance will have red music notes coming out of it.
Tribulation

Tribulation
Cost: 25 Mana
Description: This is a bard spellsong which disrupts the target's ability to concentrate, reducing  their hit chance and spell damage. The spell song also has a chance of causing any damage taken by the target to cause a burst of physical damage proportional to the damage taken. The amount of physical damage is proportional to the discord skill of the bard, and the chance for the physical damage to take effect is proportional to the musicianship skill of the bard.
Notes:

Pet's do cast Tribulation, though it is an extremely short duration, even at 120 skill. The effect only lasts 2-3 seconds at most. This is how the Tribulation debuff looks against a player target:

Appearance: Tribulation appears as blue "Z"s trailing above the target and looks identical to Despair.

Cost: 25 Mana
Description: This is a bard spellsong which will reduce the target's strength and periodically inflict physical damage on the target, as long as the target remains in range, and the bard has enough mana to sustain the effect. The damage inflicted is proportional to the bards Discord and Musicianship skills.
Notes:

Pet's do cast Despair, though it is an extremely short duration, even at 120 skill. So short, in fact, that it does not appear the damage component of Despair has time to even tick. This is how the Despair debuff looks against a player target:
